The house and apartments, built in 1933, were fully renovated and energy-efficiently upgraded in 2023.

The apartment (60 m²) is divided into two areas by a hallway. On one side are the bedrooms, and on the other side are the kitchen and the bathroom.

The main bedroom features a large bed (140 × 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 × 200 cm). The adjoining bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm).

The fully equipped kitchen is available for guests and includes everything you need: a combination microwave oven, a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso-type), a toaster, as well as other appliances available on request.

The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin with a hairdryer, and a toilet.
